Tiffany Minor, the 5-foot-11 wing from Upper Marlboro, Md., gave her verbal commitment to Old Dominion University this week. According to her Blue Star Maryland club team coach Tony Gorham, Minor also considered La Salle and Pitt before deciding on ODU.
