I hate to sound like a salesman, however, I thought other area players and families should know about some really good basketball training products I have been using them for a while.  They are called O-Bands, V-Bands, and the J-Glove..  All the products are produced by Green Room Training head guy.   Even though they do not sell them on their site, you should check out the free training videos on the front (www.greenroomtraining.net)   Amazing stuff and you can see the aids in action as well. Take it for what its worth, but the best trainer I have ever seen.
